Our CNC electro-spindle repair is an advanced service process that includes precise replacement of high-grade ceramic bearings, new seals and accurate calibration of speed encoders. This restores full performance and stability, even at extreme rotational speeds.
Every spindle repair starts with a detailed technical audit – the mechanical-optical inspection detects micro-damage, taper irregularities, bearing clearance, misalignment or excessive wear of rolling and guiding elements.
As part of the repair we also service additional spindle systems: servicing of liquid and air cooling circuits, cleaning and maintenance of drawbar actuators, calibration of HSK, ATC and measurement-system sensors. We guarantee full integration and trouble-free operation once the spindle is installed in the machine.
After all repair work is completed, we carry out static-dynamic balancing to ISO class G2.5 or G4 (depending on spindle type), which minimises vibration and extends bearing life. Each repaired spindle is supplied with a complete service report including measurement documentation and a quality certificate.
