Our CNC electro-spindle repair is an advanced service process that includes precise replacement of high-grade ceramic bearings, new seals and accurate calibration of speed encoders. This restores full performance and stability, even at extreme rotational speeds.
Every spindle repair starts with a detailed technical audit – the mechanical-optical inspection detects micro-damage, taper irregularities, bearing clearance, misalignment or excessive wear of rolling and guiding elements.
As part of the repair we also service additional spindle systems: servicing of liquid and air cooling circuits, cleaning and maintenance of drawbar actuators, calibration of HSK, ATC and measurement-system sensors.
